Our products are semi-stitched. Customers are responsible for checking product details, measurements, and stitching requirements before placing an order.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payments

An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully received or the order is confirmed through the applicable payment method. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Jivijo (Radhe Fashions) follows a No Return Policy. Returns are not accepted after delivery.

Exchanges are available within 5–7 days of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Once a product has been stitched, altered, customized, or damaged after delivery, it will not be eligible for exchange.

6. Website Usage

All website content, including images, logos, designs, text, and graphics, belongs to Jivijo (Radhe Fashions) and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.

7. Privacy
